High and low intensity classes for all fitness levels
We deliver a comprehensive training schedule to fit around your lifestyle and we cater for all abilities. With high and low intensity sessions to choose from you can pick the right class for you.
These are our higher paced strength, core and cardio workouts. We use a wide range of fitness equipment and train on a mix of Astroturf, tennis courts and grass. There are plenty of options to choose from with 16 sessions across the week. Every session is different and all our instructors are fully qualified to help you on your fitness journey. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete we'll help you gain the motivation and knowledge you need to hit your personal goals.
Our lower intensity sessions are a good option for those who need/prefer to avoid higher impact movements, such as running or jumping. We focus on strength, balance and mobility with walking in between and use some equipment such as light dumbells and resistance bands. Our experienced instructors will always demonstrate alternative ways to move if an exercise is unsuitable/uncomfortable. These relaxed and sociable outdoor classes are wonderful for both physical and mental wellbeing.
Mornings, evenings and weekends covered
We offer more than just exercise classes. Our community of members meet up for social events, from sporty team challenges to weekends away, meals out and family picnics.
