We cater for all abilities. If you are new to fitness or returning after a break or injury, our new lower intensity walking bootcamps on Tuesday and Thursday mornings might be a good starting point.
Those looking to jump straight in to our higher paced cardio and strength workouts have plenty of options to choose from with 10 sessions across the week.
We offer more than just exercise classes. Our community of members meet up for social events, from sporty team challenges to weekends away, meals out and family picnics.
