Bootcamp

All of our regular bootcamp sessions involve a varied mix of strength, core cardio elements including some running/jogging, and using a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, battleropes, slam balls, tyres, resistance bands, suspension straps and boxing pads. The workouts vary each time so training with us never gets boring.

Walking Bootcamp

This is a lower intensity, no-run, no-jump option for those who need or prefer less impact. These sessions involve group walking stopping at regular intervals for strength and mobility exercises, with and without equipment. A great option for those easing themselves back into exercise or at the start of their fitness journey.
